Refund Policy
At SEAM we believe transparency is the best way to guarantee a good shopping experience. This policy explains how order processing, exchanges, cancellations and refunds work.
Order Processing
All orders go through a verification and preparation process before shipment. Tracking numbers are issued within up to 7 business days. In exceptional situations, such as stock replenishment or high-demand periods, this may be extended to up to 10 business days. Once shipped, you will receive your tracking number by email.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery is up to 4 weeks, depending on destination country, carrier and customs processes. During promotional campaigns, holidays or high-demand periods delivery times may be affected.
SEAM is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs inspections or controls.
- Carrier strikes.
- Logistical issues with shipping providers.
- Adverse weather conditions.
- Incorrect information provided by the customer.
Exchange Policy
Size exchange
We understand size mistakes happen. Size exchanges are offered under the following conditions:
- The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused and in perfect condition.
- The customer is responsible for return and re-shipping costs.
We recommend consulting the size guide carefully or contacting our customer service team before completing your purchase.
Defective Products
If a product has a manufacturing defect, contact our team within 7 days of receiving your order. After review and approval, SEAM may offer:
- Replacement of the product.
- Shipment of a replacement part.
- Partial or full refund, where applicable.
Each case is evaluated individually.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, immediate cancellation is not possible and the case will be reviewed after delivery.
Refunds
Refunds are evaluated according to the conditions set out in this policy.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Incorrect size selection.
- Change of mind after the order has shipped.
- Delays that fall within the communicated timeframes.
- Delays caused by customs processes or logistics beyond SEAM's control.
- Incorrect information provided by the customer.
When a refund is approved, it will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Order Tracking
The tracking number will be sent within up to 7 business days after order confirmation (up to 10 business days during high-demand periods). Tracking updates depend on the carrier and customs authorities of each country. Occasional periods without updates do not necessarily mean the order is lost or stopped.
