Order Processing

All orders go through a verification and preparation process before shipment. Tracking numbers are issued within up to 7 business days. In exceptional situations related to stock availability or high-demand periods, this may be extended to up to 10 business days. Once shipped, you will receive your tracking number by email.

Delivery Time

Average delivery time is up to 4 weeks, depending on destination country, carrier and applicable customs processes. During promotional campaigns, high-demand periods or holidays, delivery times may be affected.
